We sometimes go into a situation where we lose control of ourselves. We get stress, anxious, and depressed. Forgetting everything we have ever taught ourselves about positivity and self control. And thats alright. As long as you try to stand up again. Because when we see things as hard, difficult and intimidating. We must give ourselves time, and acknowledge that its ok to feel stressed about the things we are going through. And little by little stand up again, and regain your balance.
